旅行会社向けお問合わせ
（Inquiry form for travel agencies）
旅行会社様を通したご宿泊予約、および団体でのご予約をご希望の場合は、こちらの問い合わせフォーム、よりお問い合わせください。内容を確認の上、順次対応させていただきます。
なお、旅行会社様からのご予約に関しましては、以下の規定を適用させていただきます。
あらかじめご了承の上、お問い合わせください。
*ご宿泊日の1ヶ月前までの「事前お振込み」を必須とさせていただきます。
*お振込み完了以降のキャンセルにつきましては、キャンセル料100%（返金不可）となります。
*当院からのコミッション（送客手数料）のお支払いはございません（ネット価格でのご提供となります）。
*お振込みにかかる手数料は、貴社にてご負担をお願いいたします。
*当院のご夕食は【17時30分開始のみ】となります。そのため、ご宿泊当日は必ず【17時まで】にチェックインをお済ませいただくようお客様へご案内ください。17時を過ぎてご到着された場合、お食事の提供ができなくなることがございますのであらかじめご了承ください。
If you would like to make a reservation through a travel agency or for a group, please contact us using this inquiry form.We will review your inquiry and respond accordingly.
Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all reservations made by travel agencies. Please acknowledge these terms before contacting us.
*Advance payment in full via bank transfer is required at least one month prior to the check-in date.
*Once the payment is completed, a 100% cancellation fee will apply (Strictly Non-refundable).
*We do not offer commissions (Reservations are provided at Net Rates).
*All bank transfer fees must be borne by your company.
*Dinner strictly starts at 17:30. All guests must check-in by 17:00. Please ensure your clients are aware of this rule. If guests arrive late, dinner may not be served and no refunds will be given.
